Will the vegan chocolate chip cookies come out okay if I use applesauce instead of the egg replacer you put ??
I’m unsure. I haven’t tried it that way before. When I bake a cake I usually put a cup of apple sauce in it, so I would say to try 1/4 of a cup and see how it comes out. It’s always fun to experiment by trying something different. If you do try it, please tell me how it comes out. Bonne chance!
